学会員の皆様をはじめ、一般参加の皆さま方、急な学会開催となりましたが、熱烈に歓迎させていただきます。日本では大きな災害が発生しています。私たちが積み重ねてきた成果を確認し合い、実りのある会を実現したいと考えています。どうかよろしくお願いします。I would like to extend an enthusiastic welcome to all conference members and general participants to this conference, which has been held at short notice. サイコドラマのトラウマケア
The Point of Trauma Psychodrama

サイコドラマにおけるトラウマケアの次のポイントを述べ、トラウマケアの本質について考察する。 1.それでも今生きてこうしている。それを支えている源泉は何か？ 2.その時と今は違う。その場に戻ることはないし、二度と同じ体験することはない。 3.その時と違う今、何をしたいか？救い出したいか？その場を変えるか？ 4.出来事の理解を深め、この体験から今から何をしていくか？
"I will discuss the next points of trauma care in psychodrama and consider the essence of trauma care. 1. Still, I'm still alive and doing this. What is the source that supports it? 2.There is a difference between then and now. I'll never go back there and never have the same experience again. 3. What do you want to do now that is different from then? Do you want to save me? Should I change the place? 4. Deepen your understanding of what happened and what will you do from this experience? "

アクション・システムの視点に基づく心理的緊急介入について
Emargency Psycological Intervention based on Perspective of Action System

緊急事件が発生すると、人々の日常の安定状態がしばしば崩れます。そして、日常生活の崩壊は、個人の身心のバランスを崩し、ストレス反応によって日常情動が抑制されたり無視されたりすることに繋がります。セルフケアや回復力などが制限される可能性もあります。有効な心理的介入は、回復力と対処能力を高めるだけでなく、人々が緊急事件後にできるだけ早く日常の安定状態に戻るのを支えます。本講演では、パンクセップ（Panksepp）のアクション・システムの観点から、緊急事件後の心理行動の変化の原理と具体的な心理介入方法についてお話し、科学的かつ効果的な心理的介入方法を行うことで、日常の安定状態に戻るのを支援できます。
应急事件发生后，常常会破坏人们的日常稳定状态，而日常稳定状态的破坏，必然带来个体身心失衡，应激反应会使日常生活被抑制或被忽略，自我照料和康复能力受限。有效的心理干预不仅可以增强复原力和应对能力，更有助于人们在应急事件后尽快恢复日常稳定状态。基于此，本报告从潘克塞普（Panksepp）行动系统的视角，探讨后人们心理行为变化的原理以及具体的心理干预方法，以帮助人们通过掌握及应用科学有效的具体心理干预方法，尽快恢复日常稳定状态。

令和６年能登半島地震の実態

能登半島地震は2024年1月1日に起こりました。お正月を祝っている最中の大災害に日本全体が大きな驚きを持って受け止めましたが、大都会から遠く、当該県庁所在地からも交通の便が悪い過疎地域であり、その上通信網も打撃を受けたため、なかなか当地の情報が入りにくい状態がありました。 また、地理的な条件のためライフラインの復旧や支援も遅れております。 大災害に際して心理支援に入る前に、当地の現状をつぶさに知ることは、被災者の現状を理解するのみならず、被災者への寄り添いや共感をより強固なものとできて、被災者の孤立感を減らすことに役立つかと思います。 まずは、能登半島地震の実態を知っていただくため、地理・ライフラインや支援の状況をお伝えします。
The Noto Peninsula earthquake occurred on January 1, 2024. The entire country was taken by surprise by the catastrophe while celebrating the New Year's holiday, but it was difficult to get information about the region because it is a depopulated area far from a major metropolis with poor transportation access even from the prefectural capital. In addition, due to the geographical conditions, the restoration of lifelines and support has been delayed. Before providing psychological support in the event of a major disaster, it would be helpful not only to understand the current situation of the disaster victims, but also to strengthen our empathy and support for them, thereby reducing their sense of isolation. First of all, we would like to inform you of the geography, lifelines, and support situation in order for you to know the actual situation of the Noto Peninsula Earthquake.

緊急事態での子どもの心理支援－中国と日本の現在

本鼎談では、緊急事態（災害、大規模事故・事件など）時における子どもの心理支援について中国と日本の現在について、情報交換をします。はじめに、１．緊急事態時の支援チームと心理支援内容を議論します。支援チームはどのような指示命令系統でチーム員を招集するか、心理支援内容はどのような理論と方法で展開されているか、を議論します。つぎに、２．平時の子どもへの心理支援について、心理健康授業とカウンセリングについて議論します。最後に、３．災害に備える防災教育、事件防止の防犯・暴力防止教育をどのように行っているか、心理支援との連携・協働について議論します。
This trilogy will exchange information on the current status of psychological support for children in emergency situations (disasters, large-scale accidents/incidents, etc.) in China and Japan. First, we will discuss the support team and the content of psychological support in emergency situations. We will discuss the chain of command for the support team and the theory and methods used to develop the psychological support. Next, 2. psychological support for children during normal times will be discussed, including psychological health classes and counseling. Finally, 3. how disaster prevention education for disaster preparedness, crime prevention and violence prevention education for incident prevention are conducted, and cooperation and collaboration with psychological support will be discussed.
